Shipping policy

Please note that although we are dispatching products as soon as possible in line with our Shipping Commitment below, we wish to advise that you may experience delays with the delivery to your parcel due to COVID-19 Natures 28 will ship products within the Aisa Pacific Region from www.natures28.com.au.

Asia Pacific
Natures 28 agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within seven (7) working days from the payment receipt date*. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within three (3) working days. Natures 28 will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.

You should expect your parcel within 2-7 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us on enquiries@natures28.com.au  and we will track it for you. The courier will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.

Natures 28 are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.

 *Please note that delays may occur around public holidays such as Easter, Christmas, and other relevant public holidays. 
Europe & UK Natures 28 has a distributor network in the UK which support our customers in Europe and U.K. If you require our product within that region, you can purchase them via www.natures28.co.uk.

Customs & Duties

When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Natures 28 takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. Natures 28 are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or delivery company strikes, etc. 

Natures 28 Guarantee

Natures 28 will honour any issues based on the product integrity but will not accept any returns if the customer has decided to change their mind, evidence of any product integrity must be identified prior to a refund being made.
